Minnesota dismisses criminal cases against women who say they helped ICE agent having seizure

NBC News has learned that violation notices against Tippy Amundson and Heather Zemien were dismissed in April, nearly three months after they were arrested by federal agents and charged with obstructing a massive ICE operation in the Twin Cities. The women made national headlines when they said they helped a federal agent with a medical emergency while in custody. Amundson and Zemien, along with their attorney Ed Shaw, joined NBC News’ Joe Fryer to discuss the latest developments.
