Minns must apologise for overturned NSW protest laws or resign

A power-packed NSW Court of Appeal – Chief Justice Andrew Bell, Chief Justice Julie Ward and Justice Stephen Free – has definitively declared NSW Premier Chris Minns a constitutional vandal.

Laws derived from moral panic are always bad. Ten days after the Bondi massacre, the Minns government introduced new laws that dramatically changed the landscape of public gatherings.
