The complaint alleged that although more than 1.4 million sellers were registered on the Flipkart marketplace, only 33 privileged sellers enjoyed operational and financial advantages that enabled them to charge aggressive pricing. Additionally, the complaint alleges that these sellers gain advantages through warehousing, logistics, fulfillment and other support services, allowing them to offer prices that smaller sellers cannot match. Preferred vendors named in the complaint include OmniTech Retail, SuperCom Net, TrueCom Retail, RetailNet, Vision Star, Flashstar Commerce and Flashtech Retail.
