Early life and education
Lisa was the youngest child of Nedra (travel agent) and Lee Kudrow (doctor). Both parents were Jewish. He held a bat mitzvah to honor his Jewish heritage. He attended Taft High School in Woodland Hills, California, and played varsity tennis. He graduated from Vassar College in 1985 with a degree in biology.
