Mother and Stepfather Charged with Child Neglect After 11-Year-Old Was Allegedly Forced to Give Birth at Home Without a Doctor

The mother and stepfather of an 11 -year -old girl in Oklahoma were accused of negligence of heavy child after her daughters had a baby at home.

According to reports from local sales points Kotv– FOX 23 And Kjrh34 -year -old Dustin Walker and 33 -year -old Cherie Walker are accused of providing surveillance or medical care to the child after having a full -time child at Muskogee on August 16th.

Muskogee District Deputy Regional Lawyer Janet Hutson told Kotv that both adults claimed that they did not know that the child was pregnant while giving birth. He says that the court documents obtained by FOX 23 are 36 weeks pregnant.

In the court documents, the inspectors said that the 11 -year -old child had not gone to the doctor for more than a year and did not receive any prenatal care. Hutson told KJRH that the Regional Prosecutor’s Office learned the incident after the girl was taken to the hospital after giving birth.
