Mukunda Reddy takes charge as I&PR Special Commissioner

G. Mukunda Reddy, Dr. on Sunday. BR Ambedkar took charge as Special Commissioner and Official Secretary of the State Information and Public Relations Department in the State Secretariat. He took over from outgoing commissioner CH Priyanka, who was appointed District Collector of Narayanpet. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Mukunda Reddy was serving as District Commissioner in GHMC.

Addressing officials after taking over, Mr. Mukunda Reddy underlined the key role of the Information Department in disseminating the government’s welfare and development programs to the people. He urged the officials to work in accordance with the priorities set by Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and Revenue, Housing, Information and Public Relations Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy.
