Prosecutors, Daniel’in Sid and Tiny was attacked by two dogs before they entered a pen and each weighing about 50 kg, he said. On the second day of the hearing, the jury members watched the CCTV images of the incident. Prosecutor John Elvidge Kc showed Daniel entered the dog pen at 12.50 wearing a yellow T -shirt.
Mr. Elvidge said: Ted Ted, a German shepherd, was aroused by the attack on Daniel, but only a few seconds before the disappearance was seen in the adjacent item.
“About 20 minutes later, at 1.09, Mrs. Bedford called emergency services and said to the operator:“ The dog killed him … He cut him into pieces. “
Medical officials, in less than 15 minutes than the emergency call, at 13:00 came to the Carr farm. Despite his efforts to rescue Daniel, who stopped in cardiac, he was taken to hospital and died hours later.
Mr. Elvidge added: “Daniel’s side garden is not known exactly how it was or that it was attacked, but he was alone and unprunted, and he was able to enter the courtyard.”
Pathologist Dr Phillip Lumb gave the cause of death as “head and neck injuries (dog bites) ..
The court also heard that the dog named Sid was shot and killed by the dog processors at the scene. After Mortem, the tests showed that Sid did not eat 12 to 24 hours before being shot.
Great Manchester Police Analyst Charlotte Mcknee presented a series of calls and police diaries that detailed previous events, including dogs.
In the opening statement, Defense Advisor Andrew Thomas Kc represents Mr. Twigg, the jury said that the jury should be “really sure of extraordinary bad neglect” and “not only the risk of biting, but a serious and obvious risk of death”.
He added that Sid and Tiny were not the couple’s dogs, but that he came to live on the farm after Mr. Brown was arrested and his relationship was broken.
Mr. Thomas rejected Daniel that he was free to walk around the uncontrolled pen.
