The day will also feature a special performance by electronic pop band Clean Bandit following the crowning of the champions. The ICC has announced that music, culture and cricket will come together for the grand finale of the tournament, with two global music shows taking place before and after the Women’s T20 World Cup final. Ora will perform at the closing ceremony, which will start at 14.30 local time. The singer will perform at Lord’s, one of the world’s most iconic cricket venues, before the final kicks off.

Celebrations will continue after the match and multi-platinum electronic pop band Clean Bandit will take the stage after the new Women’s T20 World Cup champions are crowned. Australia, which has won the championship six times, has already guaranteed a place in the final. Hosts England will face South Africa in the second semi-final at The Oval on July 2 to determine the other finalist. The final of the biggest ever Women’s T20 World Cup is expected to be a packed house as cricket fans and music lovers gather at Lord’s for a day of fun both on and off the field. The closing ceremony followed the tournament’s opening celebration, which saw the cast of the hit musical Wicked perform before the opening match between England and Sri Lanka on 12 June.
