Afghanistan-Pakistan Border Clash: Taliban Unleashes Wrath On Munir’s Army, Videos Go Viral; Claims Control Of Many Checkposts | World News

Afghanistan-Pakistan Border Conflict: The Afghan Taliban Army launched a massive retaliatory attack against Pakistani soldiers guarding the borders and the disputed Durand Line. Many videos have gone viral on social media in which Taliban Army commanders are seen with the bodies of Pakistani soldiers or holding them hostage. It is noteworthy that the Pakistani media remains silent on the casualties due to the military’s pressure not to cover the ongoing protests and border clashes.
Intense Clashes on the Pakistan-Afghanistan Border
According to Afghan media reports, tensions on the Afghanistan-Pakistan border have risen sharply, with new clashes reported in Pktika province, following heavy clashes in Kandahar’s Spin Boldak district. Afghan media outlets, quoting security sources, claimed that Afghan forces captured the Spin Boldak Gate from Pakistani troops during the morning operation.

Recent border clashes between the Taliban and the Pakistani army have resulted in a massive increase in Afghan-made propaganda that dehumanises Pakistanis in order to gain public support. Heavy Conflict Spreads to Pactika
Reports from Pktika province show that the conflict has now spread to the Turo region, where violent clashes continue at the “Qamaruddin” and “Khan Muhammad” gates along the disputed border. It was reported that there were clashes at the Lari gate in Urmuz district.

After Spin Boldak Attack
The renewed violence follows a Pakistani attack on the Spin Boldak district of Kandahar that Afghan officials said resulted in the deaths of at least 12 civilians and more than 100 injuries.

Afghanistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs Spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid said, “Unfortunately, this morning, Pakistani forces attacked Afghanistan once again with light and heavy weapons in the Spin Boldak district of Kandahar, as a result of which more than 12 civilians were martyred and more than 100 civilians were injured.”
In response, Afghan forces said they had staged a “retaliatory operation”, claiming that they had inflicted significant casualties on Pakistani troops and seized a large number of military assets.

Deepening Cross-Border Tension
There is still no independent verification of casualties in Pakistan. However, these changes point to one of the most severe flare-ups on the Afghanistan-Pakistan border in recent months.
Both sides continue to accuse each other: Islamabad claims that the Afghan Taliban harbors militants from the banned Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), while Kabul accuses Pakistan of repeated cross-border bombings and attacks on Afghan territory.
As fighting spreads and casualties mount, regional observers warn that the long-sensitive border could become a flashpoint for a wider conflict unless both countries show restraint.
