Nando’s had to stop offering a normal Coca-Cola to customers due to government guidelines. A photo published online showed a notification stuck to the top of the beverage distributor in one of the restaurants of Fairy Fairy Chicken Outlet. “Does Coca-Cola Classic want? Only one glass. Based on the new government laws, we had to limit Coca-Coca Classic to a glass per customer.”
“Is it still thirsty? Help yourself to any of our low -sugary bottomless drinks without alcohol.” Luke Ramsden, who sent the picture to X, wrote: “Is this country?”
Jonny Velvet published a video that he took a second glass of coke in Tiktok. “I hope I don’t be arrested for that,” he said. “Imagine this. Imagine what kind of drink is allowed to make its own decisions that a drink is allowed. So you know, what is this?
“Are we in North Korea? Where are we?”
Then he took a sip and said: “I can hear the police sirens outside; they come to take me. They will take me.” Tiktoker also pointed out that there is no limit on ice cream.
Government Explains on the website “Valid for free filling of sugar -flavored beverages” and restrictions defined as less healthy in any qualified work, including restaurants.
“Businesses within the scope of regulations should not offer a free filling promotion to beverages within the scope of regulations.”
Beverages that are not covered are drinks with more than 1.2% alcohol and other drinks that do not contain flat water and sugar.
The government adds: “‘Free Reproduction Promotion’ means a promotional promotional to the consumer that offers the same drink or this arrangement (including any part of such a drink filling free).
“If the beverages machines operated by the consumer offer free reproduction and placed in a qualified enterprise, it is within the scope of these restrictions-for example, a forecourt that offers coffee machines or sweetened coffee in a market.”
Express contacted the government and Nando’s for comment.
