NASA Artemis II: As part of one of its historic missions, NASA invited people from around the world to be a part of the Artemis II mission by sending their names into space. As part of the agency’s “Send Your Name with Artemis II” campaign, the public can submit their names that will travel on the Orion spacecraft as it returns to Earth from around the Moon.

The Artemis II mission will be the first human flight under NASA’s Artemis program and is scheduled to launch around April 2026. The mission will last approximately 10 days and will test the systems and hardware needed for future human exploration of deep space.
