Natalie Portman Announces Third Pregnancy

Los Angeles: Hollywood star Natalie Portman is getting ready to give birth to her third child with her partner and musician Tanguy Destable. The actress stated that she was grateful and said that her third pregnancy was a privilege.

“Tanguy and I are so excited… I’m just so grateful. I know this is such a privilege and a miracle,” Portman said in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar magazine.

Portman said that many people around her were having a difficult time due to the pregnancy.

“I grew up hearing about how hard it is to get pregnant…There are so many people that I love who have such a hard time with it, that I want to be respectful about it as well. It’s such a beautiful, joyful thing, and it’s also not an easy thing. So I know how lucky you are. I’m very aware and very grateful. I have deep appreciation and gratitude,” she said.

Portman has two children with ex-husband and filmmaker Benjamin Millepied: son Aleph, born in 2011, and daughter Amalia, born in 2017. The two married in California in 2012 but filed for divorce in 2023.

The actor was first seen with Destable in March 2025. This will be the couple’s first child together.

Destable has two children with French actor Louise Bourgoin: 10-year-old Etienne and 6-year-old Vadim. They were together between 2013 and 2023.
