NCLT allows Jagan’s plea to cancel transfer of Saraswati Power shares to sister, mother

On Tuesday, July 29, 2025, NCLT Haydarabad Bank allowed a petition to cancel the “illegal transfer of” illegal transfer of the shares of the shares held by Saraswati by former andhra Pradesh Prime Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
In the petition filed on September 3, 2024, Mr. Jagan called the National Company’s Court of Lack (NCLT) to cancel, cancel and cancel the shares he kept in the company, and tried to restore his names in Saraswati Power and Industries Pvt. Ltd.

Mr Jagan, Mrs. Bharati and Mrs. Vijayamma keeps 74.26 lakh (29.88%), 41 lakh (16.30%) and 1.22 crore stock (48.99%) respectively in Saraswati Power. Ltd.
The old cm had moved the court after his relationship with Mrs. Sharmila. He is currently the chief of the Andhra Pradesh congress unit.
