Nepal Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli swallowed severe demonstrations Kathmandu, threw thousands of young protesters into parliament and burned the homes of senior leaders. The unrest of anger about corruption and a controversial social media ban immersed his country in political turmoil. KP Oli had previously called for a party meeting to discuss the demand of the protesters. However, as the protest returned to violence, the Prime Minister resigned and the agitators refused to buzz.
