Man who rated his honesty ’10 out of 10′ at murder trial wins appeal
In the trial, a man who rated himself as “10 out of 10 ında and claimed that a young footballer’s deadly stabbing was provoked, challenged the murder conviction.

Steven Dean Michael Walker-Ely was found guilty of murder, but at the beginning of the hearing in 2024, he refused the murder accusation.
After a four-day hearing, a Supreme Jury found Walker-Od guilty of murder and was imprisoned for life.
However, in a decision on Monday, the Queensland Court of Appeal accepted Walker-Ely’s claim.
He told the jury that he lived in Caravan Park and stabbed the 25 -year -old Mackay Magpies player after he was provoked from a sexual assault attempt.
The defense lawyer asked Walker-Reyly inappropriate to ensure that his general honesty is self-evaluated.
During the appeal hearing, O’gorman should not have heard the jury and answer, because he was not limited to events surrounding Fa’apepele’s death.
“What about it as a general issue? Do you see yourself as a perfect honest man, 10 out of 10 out of 10?” The prosecutor asked Walker-Reely during the hearing.
