New snow map shows updated chance of snowstorm

The Boston 25 weather team is tracking Sunday’s snowfall and its possible impact on the Patriots game.

Boston 25 Meterologist Tucker Antico said light, wet snow is expected “between 6 and 10 p.m.”

“Nothing crazy for the Pats game, there will be some snow but it will be mild,” Antico says. “The atmosphere of the match will be light”

Kickoff for the Pats is at 3 p.m., and light snow may begin to accumulate at that point, but it won’t be much more than sleet. The game is unlikely to be significantly affected by snow. However, as the storm gets stronger in the evening and snowfall rates increase, getting home will become more difficult.

Antico says he expects the snow to disappear before Monday morning.
