A new scan has revealed shocking new details about Kim Kardashian’s brain. The popular television star learned that she had “low brain activity” with a new scan during the latest episode of The Kardashians. The 45-year-old actor received the scan alongside Scott Disick in the episode that aired on Thursday, November 27, 2025.

“Scott and I are going to be looking at our brains today with Dr. Daniel Amen. He does these brain scans to see what your brain health actually looks like,” PEOPLE reported the reality star said in season 7, episode 6.

Amen previously appeared on The Kardashians in 2022 when he scanned the brains of Khloé Kardashian and Kendall Jenner. “I have a beautiful brain,” Kardashian said. “I’ve heard that before.”

Dr. Amen talked about Kim Kardashian’s brain scan

Dr. Amen claimed that Kim Kardashian is not at high risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease. Based on the images, the famous doctor said that Kardashian was “not very stressed, anxious or depressed,” according to PEOPLE. The doctor also said, “You’re amazing at being positive.”

However, Dr. Amen also noted that the “holes” in the brain scan indicate “low activity.” “The front part of your brain is less active than it should be,” the doctor explained. “With your frontal lobes now functioning, it will be harder to manage stress, and that’s not good for you, especially when you’re studying and preparing to take exams.” “That can’t happen,” Kardashian replied. “Unacceptable, unacceptable.”
Dr. Amen suggested that the “chronic stress” Kardashian experienced while studying for the California bar exam may have been the cause of her results. He then suggested steps to manage his stress. “I really need to come up with a plan to solve this because I have some work to do this summer,” he said.
This comes a week after the entrepreneur told sister Kourtney Kardashian on the Nov. 20 episode of The Kardashians that doctors found an aneurysm in her brain.
“I had the Prenuvo scan and today they called me and said, ‘Everything looks great. But she has an aneurysm in her brain,'” she told Kourtney. “They say, ‘It’s been there for years. It was here a few years ago.'” New episodes of The Kardashians air on Hulu on Thursdays at 12:00 p.m.
