NFL London: Los Angeles Rams beat Jacksonville Jaguars 35-7 at Wembley

Travis Hunter scored his first NFL touchdown, but it was only a consolation as the Los Angeles Rams shook off jet lag by beating the Jacksonville Jaguars 35-7 at Wembley.

The Rams did not arrive in the UK until Saturday morning, the day before the final game of this season’s London series, the 43rd regular season game to be played in the English capital.

This was the last time any team came to an NFL game in London; The Jaguars, who entered the game with a 4-2 record, had been there since Tuesday.

But the Rams jumped out to a 21-0 halftime lead before wrapping up the second half and senior attackman Davante Adams scoring a hat trick, giving the Rams five goals overall.

Hunter helped the Jaguars prevent a shutout with nine minutes remaining, cutting the score to 28-7, but that didn’t take the shine off the impressive win for the Rams, who are rumored to be in Super Bowl contention again this season after last winning the NFL’s championship game in 2022.
