NFL news: Josh Jobe punches Stefon Diggs in heated Super Bowl moment

As the Super Bowl entered the fourth quarter, things got a little more intense on the Levi’s Stadium field.
New England Patriots’ Stefon Diggs and Seattle Seahawks linebacker Josh Jobe grabbed each other’s face masks early in the fourth quarter and had to separate, but not before a punch was thrown.
The incident occurred shortly after the Seattle Seahawks took the lead to 19-0.

Jobe pushed Diggs off the court and Diggs responded by making a nice gesture to Jobe’s face.
Diggs grabbed Jobe’s face mask before Jobe returned with an open hand to Diggs’ head area. Kayshon Boutte and Mack Hollins then had to remove Diggs from the situation.
Jobe then threw a left punch at Diggs.
The referees failed to catch Jobe’s punch and he remained in the game.

Perhaps it lit a fire under the brother Pats, as Mack Hollins scored a touchdown soon after to make it 19-7.
