‘No, Vijay Didn’t Demand 5–6 Caravans and 50 Assistants’

Vijay Deverakonda’s team has strongly denied viral allegations that the actor made exaggerated demands on the sets of his upcoming film Ranabaali, saying the reports are fabricated and part of a targeted misinformation campaign.
The controversy broke out after a fake screenshot designed to look like a report on a Telugu news portal went viral on social media. In the post, Deverakonda allegedly demanded five to six luxury caravans, 40 to 50 assistants, special make-up facilities and other high-end arrangements, allegedly prompting producers Mythri Movie Makers to approach the Telugu Film Producers Council for their “unreasonable demands”. Producer Y. Ravi Shankar stated that the allegations were unfounded and explained that no such problems occurred during the production of the film.
Ravi Shankar described Vijay as disciplined and dedicated and termed the viral allegations as fake propaganda.
