Northeast blasted with sudden snow and freezing temperatures

After a record-breaking heat wave, the Northeast is now experiencing a mid-spring winter mix. And from the Midwest to the Northeast, 81 million Americans are now under frost and freeze warnings through Tuesday morning. NBC News’ Steven Romo reports.
