No it’s not. Ivan Cleary played a role alongside Brad Fittler when he was the Blues coach, sitting in the coach’s box on game day during the 2023 series. Last year Craig Bellamy was senior coaching advisor to Laurie Daley but decided earlier this year not to take on the role again. As a result, there is no one in an official advisory capacity for the NSW franchise and Daley is pressing on with his coaching staff, which includes Matt King, Brett White and Boyd Cordner, who work every day for NRL clubs.
