Former Kemi Badenoch ally expelled from Conservative Party

Former Conservative Deputy Tom Hunt was fired from the party after an investigation into disciplinary.
The party announced the decision after a long investigation against the former Ipswich deputy who lost his seat in last year’s general elections.
The party spokesman said: “Tom Hunt was fired from the Conservative Party after a complaint process. This process is rightly hidden.”
However, Mr. Hunt said that he was “disappointed ve about the decision and said he was now planning to object.
He said Independent: “I have deeply disappointed with this temporary decision. I have strongly rejected the complaint from the beginning and I continue to do so. I am currently looking for legal advice, so it is a convenient process to make more comments at this stage.”
During his time as a member of parliament, Mr. Hunt was the vice president of the influential right -wing sense group of TORY MPs.
In his role, the plan to deport Rwanda repressed for more immigration control and left a harder stance in the European Convention on Human Rights and the so -called cultural war.
His name was mentioned in speculation on defectors for reform England of Nigel Farage, but remained loyal to Tories.
He was the key supporter of Kemi Badenoch when he first ran to party leadership in 2022.

However, since then, he changed his mind and supported Mrs. Badenoch’s main rival Robert Jenrick in last year’s last year’s competition.
