The TV star, 34, was spotted kissing the TOWIE star, 37, at the Flute Bar in Soho last month following her split from husband Bradley Dack in January, and things look set to get even more heated.
Olivia appeared to be taking a break from filming as they smoked together, her hair cut back, seemingly in the thick of her glamour.
She wore a tracksuit with Vans, which Pete sweetly wore with a complementary pair of shoes from the same brand, but a checkered pair.
Before their latest outing, Olivia was ‘feeling romantic’ as she got a name tattooed on her arm on Sunday amid her romance with Pete.

Before making her final ink, she told her followers about her nerves but said her ‘crazy’ heart got the better of her head.
Olivia sat as the tattoo artist got to work before revealing her forearm, which now had the name ‘Savano’ on it.
She added the following caption: ‘Baby’ fans were quick to assume her dog’s name was Savano, while others joked that Pete had spelled her name wrong.

This comes after Katherine Ryan didn’t hold back when making her decision about Olivia’s new romance with Pete.
Appearing on podcast Olivia’s House, Katherine told Olivia she hoped she wouldn’t meet ‘someone for a long time’ and said: ‘You don’t have great taste.’
The comedian went on to touch on Olivia’s budding romance with Pete. Olivia asked him: ‘Who will I ban? [from her house after 8:00pm]?’ Katherine answered: ‘Pete Wicks’.
Olivia and Pete were smoking outside the building.
The couple was previously said to have had a romantic getaway.

Katherine said she hoped Olivia would stay single for a while, saying: ‘I guess you’re not going to meet someone through apps…
‘I don’t think you even realize your potential in terms of your career, what you want to do with your life, and the rich experiences you can’t have in a romantic relationship.
‘I think you should have three fairly casual boyfriends at any given time, so you’re not overly focused on any of them.’
