Although Microsoft claims that the issues with the email client system are now resolved, Outlook users are still reporting sign-in issues.

Frustrated users took to social media and the comments section on Down Detector to vent their frustrations.

One user wrote: “Still not working. It makes progress and then tries to send a code to my phone number but when I verify the number it says the transaction is not currently working. Terrible!”

Another added: “They say it’s been fixed but I still can’t log in. I’m getting too many request errors. Anyone else?”

A third echoed a similar sentiment: “I still can’t get into my MSN email. I see Microsoft says the issue is resolved but it isn’t. What’s going on!?”
