11. England – 93.629 miles

To claim the lowest point on the list is England. It is composed of 93,629 miles of UK, England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

The UK includes most of the small islands on the British Islands, the Northeast of Ireland, and the Sillaly Islands on the coast of Cornwall, the Skye Island in Scotland, on the coast of Cornwall.

The estimated population of England was over 68.2 million in 2023, which made it the 22nd largest country in the world, according to the population.

10. Italy – 116,629 miles square

10th place in Italy’s iconic luggage country. Italy, the most populous member state of the EU, which has a population of approximately 59 million, covers an area of 116,629 miles.

The country consists of about 800 islands, including a peninsula extending to the Mediterranean, on the Northern Land Border and Sicily and Sardinia. It also shares land boundaries with two settlements – Vatican City and San Marino.

The capital and the largest city of Italy is Rome, but other big cities – and popular touristic places – Milan, Naples, Palermo, Bologna, Florence, Genoa and Venice.

9. Poland – 120.426 miles

Poland’s Central European country ranks ninth. It extends from the Baltic Sea in the north to the Sudetes and Carpat Mountains in the South. Lithuania and Russia and Northeast, Belarus and Ukraine are limited to the Czech Republic in Slovakia and South and Germany in the West.

Poland is the fifth most crowded state in the EU with more than 38 million people.

The capital and the largest city are Warsaw with other major cities such as Kraków, Wrocław, łódź, Poznań and GDAńsk.

8. Finland – 130.692 miles

The eighth ranks of the Scandinavian country of Finland in Northern Europe. Finland, covering 130,692 miles, shares Norway in Sweden and the northwest, Northwest Norway to the east, the northernmost branch of the Baltic Sea – West and Finland Gulf – Eastern branch – south, against Estonia.

Finland has a population of 5.6 million and Helsinki, the capital and the largest city.

The land is mainly covered with boreal forest or Taiga with more than 180,000 recorded lakes.
