Palais Royale clears another hurdle—but completion delays persist

In December 2024, entrepreneurs of Metro Brands Ltd purchased a total of five apartments on the 61st and 62nd floors of the Palais Royale. ₹This was the most expensive home purchase of 2024 at Rs 405 crore, according to data from property registration data aggregation platform Zapkey. More recently, in August this year, two apartments in the building changed hands for another. ₹50–52 crore, Zapkey data shows.
