Palaniswami suspects political rivalry in the murder of AIADMK functionary

AIADMK Secretary General Edappadi K. Palaniswami criticized the DMK government on the murder of a party function on Thursday. Authorized, the competition in local body surveys may lead to murder.

In the social media post, Mr. Palaniswami expressed shock on the murder of Ottoman Ottapidaram Muthukrishnan in the Throwhukudi region and said, “Will the DMK government attribute to personal reasons with this murder?” He added.

Mr Palaniswami claimed that the law and order of order were worsening and that there was no security for members of the opposition parties in the state.

The former Prime Minister requested a strong action against those interested in the murder.
