Officials Told to Ensure Safety of Life and Property
Kakinada: Among the heavy rains, Housing Minister K Pardha Saradhi asked the authorities to rely on disaster management methods and help to prevent loss of life and property in the Eluru region.
The Minister questioned the authorities about the situation in the region on Friday and said that people in low areas should be evacuated and shifted to safer places and the aid measures should be followed. Mandal and regional officials should coordinate each other to prevent damage to life and property.
Income, police, electricity, medical, agriculture, irrigation, Panchayat Raj, R&B and other departments in rivers, rivet, culvert, passage, channels, channels, channels, other water bodies should observe the increasing flood water levels and take appropriate steps, he said.
Authorities should provide a report on the damage to the vegetable gardens and other commercial crops in the Nuzvid election zone. Authorized should be protected against disruptions in transportation and take the root trees and other obstacles removed from the roads.
Meanwhile, Eluru Regional Health Officer PJ Amrutham resorted to being vigilant to avoid being infected with viral fever such as malaria, danga, chikungunia.
