Parami, Sydney – SMH Good Food review
Former fine-dining chef Mika Kazato’s Japanese cafe Parami is best known for its onigiri: portable, palm-sized packets of cooked koshihikari rice stuffed with tart strips of mustard greens; salted, dried cod roe; or the gentle heat of slow-cooked chashu pork.
Grab-and-go or make a meal of it with umami-based soups, ceremonial-quality matcha lattes, and still-warm (and stupidly good) brownies in flavors like matcha cheesecake and feijoa.
Good to know: Dining seating is weather dependent and limited to low outdoor tables.
