Paulina Porizkova strips to lingerie for body positivity message at 60

Paulina Porizkova stripped off her underwear while sharing a message about body positivity and embracing aging with confidence.
The 60-year-old supermodel posted a “get ready with me” message on Wednesday videoIt’s a popular Instagram trend where users show off their routine while getting dressed and talk to their followers.
At the beginning of the clip, Porizkova stood in her living room wearing a beige bathrobe, matching slippers and glasses.

“There’s something very calming about watching videos of women dressing casually. Here’s my contribution,” she said as she untied her robe and turned away.
Back at the camera, Porizkova was seen wearing a lacy lavender bra and beige underwear.

“A five-year-old bathrobe, four years’ worth of underwear from Victoria’s Secret, a bra from ThirdLove (which is amazing, by the way), and here are my hip scars from my lateral hip replacement,” she said while posing in a few poses.
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover star started dressing up by wearing her “favorite” pair of Rag & Bone tracksuit jeans.
“Daily dressing at home means an elastic waist,” Porizkova said.
She then wore the squirrel-patterned sweater that her fiancé Jeff Greenstein said he bought for her.

Porizkova was later seen wearing her contact lenses and joked, “This is what I have to do as an almost blind person.”

The Czechoslovakian-born model wore her “very old Victoria’s Secret” furry slippers and put her hair in a bun.
“My only make-up will be a dash of color,” Porizkova said later, pinching her cheeks.
The author and blogger ended her video by striking a playful pose with a wide smile and told her followers that she would be spending the day in front of the typewriter.
In her caption, Porizkova explained that she was “addicted” to “getting ready with me” videos and wanted to show her fans “what I actually do to start the day.”
“If you’re like me, you’ll focus on the shape of my body and hopefully think with relief, ‘oh, it’s not perfect either,'” she wrote in the caption of her post. “Then you can give yourself a break, wrap your arms around your imperfect self, and give it some love,” she continued. “Because our flaws are what make us a great original.”

Porizkova’s message of empowerment and self-acceptance comes years after she first began posting unedited selfies, bikini shots and makeup-free photos on social media.

In an interview conducted in 2023 people magazinePorizkova explained on social media why she refuses to change her appearance.
“Once you start filtering yourself or auto-adjusting your photos and stuff, it’s not that authentic anymore,” he said. “I feel a responsibility to present myself as I am.”

The “Dancing with the Stars” alum shared her thoughts on aging while speaking to the outlet.

“One of the amazing things about getting older is that you care less and less about what other people think,” Porizkova said. “You say, ‘You know what? I’ve done my part. I’ve been serving everyone for 50 years, now it’s my turn.'”

While Porizkova admitted that she still seeks “ultimate freedom” from society’s expectations, she said she is grateful for the “tremendous” wisdom that comes with age.
“I know without a doubt that I am the best person I have ever been,” the “Thursday” actor said. “Why do I need to evolve? I’m in my prime right now. I’m sorry you think my wrinkles are taking me away from my prime, but as a person, as a fully formed woman at the peak of her powers, that’s what it is.”
