Pawan Kalyan Fan Niranjan Passes Away

warangal: Pawan Kalyan’s fan Ponugoti Niranjan, 17 aka Gabbar Singh of Hanamkonda, passed away today.

Niranjan was an ardent fan who watched Pawan Kalyan’s films regularly. Nirajan had been bedridden for the last three years due to Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a rare disease that stops his body from growing, and he looked like a child.
