Perrie Edwards has completely closed down her clothing brand Disora due to mounting debts.

The company behind the brand – Indigo Aura – was closed after last opening an account at Companies House in December 2024.

Disora sold casual clothing such as hoodies, joggers, leggings, shorts and jackets.

Two years ago, 11 new shares were issued to a wholesale clothing company to increase sales.

However, the company was given a termination notice in December, which meant that the company would be dissolved.

Indigo Aura’s latest accounts for the year ending December 2023 show the company had accumulated losses of £265,093.

Perrie owned 50 percent of the company and her fiancé Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain owned 25 percent. The remaining 50 percent belonged to businessman Bradley Churchill.

A spokesperson for Perrie told the Daily Mail: ‘Perrie has closed down her Disora brand while focusing on her family and solo music career. Perrie was delighted that people were so supportive of Disora products, so she hopes to re-launch the brand at some point in the future.’

Since her band Little Mix went on an indefinite hiatus, Perrie has focused on her solo music career.

Her debut album, Perrie, was released in September 2025 and reached number three in the UK Albums Chart.

A Little Mix reunion was recently thrown into chaos following Jesy Nelson’s heartbreaking confession in her new documentary.

The 34-year-old singer announced last week that he tried to take his own life just days before leaving the chart-topping band in 2020.

She recalled feeling “really alone” in new Prime Video docuseries Jesy Nelson: Life After Little Mix and claimed bandmates Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Perrie and Jade Thirlwall ignored her screams for help in the lead-up to her overdose.

This was Jesy’s second attempt to commit suicide after an overdose in 2013, which she discussed in the BBC documentary Jesy Nelson: Odd One Out.

Following the comments, Leigh-Anne, Perrie and Jade were reportedly upset that Jesy’s comments ‘brought up a lot of bad things from the past’.

A source told Sun: ‘Jesy’s confession clearly opened a can of worms for the girls. The documentary itself and the subsequent backlash brought up a lot of bad feelings from the past.

‘It’s a sad situation for the girls, but they are now focused on their solo careers and their future.’

The other Little Mix girls did not react to Jesy’s allegations, but Jade broke down in tears on stage during her US solo tour performing Natural at Disaster, about her difficult friendship with Jesy.

lyrics include: ‘It’s hard to love you when you hate yourself. ‘I can’t be around you without it negatively affecting my mental health.’
