Dhurandhar box office collection 16th day: Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna starrer Dhurandhar proved to be a blockbuster by refusing to slow down in its third week too. Aditya Dhar’s directorial exceeds expectations, giving tough competition even to Hollywood’s mega-Avatar Fire and Ash and continues to dominate at the box office. On its third Saturday, Dhurandhar outperformed almost all Bollywood blockbusters and earned Rs 33.50 crore in India, becoming the only film to achieve such figures in its 3rd weekend. As reported by Sacnilk, the film has earned Rs 517 crore nett in India in 16 days. As far as the worldwide total is concerned, Dhurandhar earned Rs 770-780 crore. By day 17, Dhurnadhar is expected to cross the Rs 800 crore mark worldwide.

Dhurandhar continues to break records. However, the film is still trailing Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa 2: The Rule. The Ranveer Singh starrer crossed the Rs 500 crore net mark in 16 days. However, the Allu Arjun starrer achieved this milestone in 11 days. Similarly, Dhurandhar was expected to cross the Rs 800 crore mark worldwide in 17 days, but Pushpa 2 broke this record and became the fastest Indian film to reach Rs 800 crore worldwide in just 7 days.
Dhurandhar Episode 2 will dethrone Pushpa 2
Pushpa 2 is the sequel to Pushpa The Rise. It had the advantage of having a large audience waiting for the film’s release. On the other hand, Dhurandhar is an independent film, which is the first film in the series. But it has achieved these numbers and deserves to be celebrated. Dhurandhar will be followed by Chapter Two: Revenge, which is likely to break Pushpa 2 records as well. Dhurnadhar Part Two will release in theaters on March 19, 2026 and will give strong competition to Yash’s Toxic and Adivi Sesh’s Dacoit Ek Prem Katha.
