A massive fire has broken out in Plymouth, with thick clouds of black smoke seen across the city and locals warned to stay away from the area. The fire continues in the top floor flat on Vauxhall Street in the Barbican area.

Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue crews rushed to the scene, joined by eight fire engines. A police cordon was also established along with the closure of Vauxhall Street. The Fire Brigade wrote to
