Police charged him with growing plants indoors for commercial purposes, possession of cannabis (more than an indictable amount and less than a commercial amount), owning/occupying a property and knowingly allowing it to be used as a drug facility, diverting/using electricity for an unauthorized production system, and two counts of possession of a prohibited drug.
