A manhunt has been launched by police after £60,000 worth of jewelery was stolen from the train. York. detectives British Transport Police (BTP) released photos of two men it wanted to talk to about the theft.
BTP said a bag containing valuables was taken from the overhead storage area of the London King’s Cross to London train. Edinburgh Around 16.15 on Sunday, December 21st.
According to BTP, two men allegedly took the bag and got off the train at York Station.
The force said: “Officers would like to speak to the men pictured as they believe they may have information that could assist their investigation.”
