‘It’s never too early’: L&T Chairman SN Subrahmanyan on why grooming successors early is key for future leadership

Larsen & Toubro (L & T), India’s largest construction company, has been organizing a road map for successful leadership continuity and announced the company president SN Subrahmanyan.

“In a complex organization, succession planning does not only nominate one. It must be acceptable for everyone,” he said.
Former president Amik Naik reflected on his own journey, the focus of the company is to provide a smooth and efficient transition, he said.
