Authorities announced that a possible ISIS-inspired New Year’s Eve terrorist attack in North Carolina was foiled. A suspect accused of planning an attack on a grocery store and fast food restaurant in the town of Mint Hill near Charlotte is in custody. Scott MacFarlane has the latest.
