Prabhas Plans Lavish Hyderabad Mansion, Joins Elite Club

Tollywood superstar Prabhas will reportedly make another big investment in Hyderabad real estate. Emerging as one of the biggest pan-Indian stars, the actor continues to be in huge demand despite mixed box office results in recent years. Apart from a packed film franchise, Prabhas is also said to be heavily focused on long-term investments.

Reports suggest that Prabhas bought around two acres of land in Hyderabad Financial District around two years ago and has now started the construction of a luxury dream home. The facility is said to be located near the Kokapet ORR exit, offering easy access to different parts of the city. The estimated land value in the area is reportedly over Rs 80 crore per acre.

Prabhas is already known for his Raidurgam guest house, which often hosts meetings and celebrations. It is believed that he sought a larger and more private space as the surrounding area became denser over time. Sources say the construction of the new mansion could take around two years to complete.

Prabhas now joins the growing list of Tollywood stars making big real estate moves; Actors like Balakrishna and Allu Arjun are also reportedly building luxurious mansions in Jubilee Hills, near Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan’s residences.

On the work front, Prabhas is busy shooting for Fauzi and Spirit and will also be seen shooting for Kalki 2 and is definitely busy for the next few years as well.
