Where might Andrew move if he leaves the Royal Lodge?
Prince Andrew is reportedly in talks to voluntarily leave the Royal Lodge following anger over the “peppercorn” rent of his 30-room mansion.
Obstacles to reaching a deal include where Andrew, eighth in line to the throne, will live and what financial compensation he will receive for the money he spends renovating the house.
There are properties available to accommodate Andrew at the King’s private Balmoral estate in Scotland and Sandringham estate in Norfolk, but it is not yet known whether he would accept a smaller home away from his supportive daughters.
