The beloved New Zealand-born star was nominated for a silver Logie award for her role in critically acclaimed legal drama series The Twelve and was hoping to attend the ceremony in Sydney on August 16.

In a post uploaded to his Instagram account in June, the star shared that he was nominated for Best Actor in a Drama alongside Hunter Page-Lochard, Jacob Elordi, and Stephen Peacocke.

“I’m so happy to receive a SILVER LOGIE nomination today. (Australian TV Awards). The Twelve S3. Many thanks to so many… another day… but for now a great cast and crew,” she captioned the post.

With a career spanning more than five decades, the acclaimed television and film legend has previously been nominated for three Golden Globes and two Primetime Emmy awards.
