Prince Harry and Meghan Markle dealt fresh blow as Oz tour fails to improve public opinion | Royal | News

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been dealt a devastating blow after their trip to Australia failed to improve public opinion about them. Last week, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex visited Australia for the first time since stepping away from royal life in 2020.
Readers were asked: “Has Harry and Meghan’s tour of Oz improved your opinion of them?” We conducted the survey from 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 18, to 20:00 on Monday, April 20.
A total of 6473 votes were cast in the survey and 6366 of these votes answered “no”; This means Harry and Meghan’s trip to Australia did not improve voters’ views of them.
Only 79 people answered yes, indicating that some people now have a more positive opinion of the couple since their trip to Australia.
Meanwhile, 28 voters said they did not know if this was happening.
This looks set to be a major blow for Meghan and Harry, who have struggled with public opinion since stepping down from royal life in 2020.
While the couple has their own fan base, some royal fans are not keen on the couple, believing they are turning their backs on the Royal Family.
He told a group of students: £For now, for 10 years, I have been bullied and attacked every day for 10 years. And I was the most trolled person in the entire world.
