The Duke of Sussex recalled the challenges he faced becoming a father to his first child, Archie.

Speaking at the Whitten Oval Movember event, he said: “This is the most important and transformative role a man can take on.

“This role….gives you purpose.”

Harry added: “Those days and weeks after birth are a real struggle.

He talked about the importance of new fathers reaching out for help.

“You are not alone,” he said.

“For me, [going to therapy] It was a sign of strength, not weakness.

“Never let yourself get to the point where you are of no use to anyone.”
