Prince Harry LIVE: Duke’s rebuke of Daily Mail’s ‘dirty tactics’ | Royal | News

The hearing will continue at 10.30 today, Harry is expected to arrive at the court at 11.00 and testify around 11.30.
Earlier on Tuesday, David Sherborne, on behalf of the claimant group, said he felt Harry had “endured a sustained campaign of attacks against him” for “having the courage to stand up” to the ANL.
He said: “In his witness statement for the trial, the Duke of Sussex speaks of the impact this incident had on him, the distress, paranoia and other emotions it created.
“But given what we’ve seen, is it surprising that he feels that way, or that he feels, as he has explained, that he has endured a sustained campaign of attacks against him for having the audacity to oppose Associated in the way he has publicly done?”
The lawyer continued that the 14 articles included in Harry’s claim, written between 2001 and 2013, “focused primarily, and in a highly intrusive and damaging way, on the relationships he had established, or rather sought to establish, in the years before he met his current wife, Meghan, Duchess of Sussex.”
