If Meghan arrives in the UK later in the week, she is scheduled to join her husband at Birmingham’s National Exhibition Center to mark the year-long countdown to the venue that will host the Invictus Games.
Sources close to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex said the decision to pull out of the London portion of the visit was due to concerns from Prince Harry’s personal security team, who reviewed the arrangements for several days.
