Prince William and Prince Harry united for one ‘strict’ reason | Royal | News

Prince William’s stance on giving phones to 12-year-old Prince George, 10-year-old Princess Charlotte and seven-year-old Prince Louis was shared a few weeks ago when he appeared alongside Canadian actor Eugene Levy in The Reluctant Traveler Series.

Speaking to Eugene, William explained: “None of our children have phones, we’re very strict about that.”

Likewise, Harry and Meghan have often talked about their desire to make social media a safe place and how they don’t want their children to be exposed to phones and the things they bring.

They also revealed that, thankfully, their children, Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 4, are too young to have phones and venture into the online world yet.

This is something Meghan and Harry are believed to be thankful for.

At an event in New York earlier this month, Meghan said: “Our kids, Archie and Lili, are only 6 and 4. Can you believe it? Luckily, they’re still too young for social media.”

Although they appear to share some of the same parenting techniques, Harry and William are still believed to be estranged.

It is believed that the brothers have not been on good terms for years, with Harry quitting royal life in 2020 and criticizing the monarchy as one of the reasons behind it.
