Prince William and Princess Kate give huge honour to member of staff | Royal | News

The Prince and Princess of Wales rewarded one of their staff with the highest honor at a special ceremony in Windsor today. Prince William attended a ceremony at Windsor Castle and awarded his most trusted chauffeur with the Royal Victorian Medal in Silver.
Senior Sergeant Scott Robin Bishop has been awarded for his services to the Prince and Princess of Wales. He was honored alongside other big names including teenage darts prodigy Luke Littler and Wicked star Cynthia Erivo. The Royal Victoria Medal is awarded to members of staff for services to the monarch or other members of the Royal Family.
LSgt Bishop quietly carries out his duties, directing the Welsh family to various activities.
Another member of Prince William and Princess Catherine’s team received the same honor earlier this year.
The couple’s nanny, Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo, was awarded the silver Royal Victoria Medal at a similar ceremony in March.
Maria started working for the family in 2014, shortly after Prince George’s birth.
There isn’t much information about Miss Turrion Borrallo other than the fact that she comes from Spain and was educated at the prestigious Norland College in Bath.
