Protester charged with threatening Border Patrol agent in Illinois

Anti -ice agitator faces federal accusations after allegedly threatening to kill a US border patrol agent during a protest at an Illinois facility at the weekend.

Paul Avery’s agent, Broadview, Illinois, apart from the facility, according to the court documents, “I will kill you right now,” he said.

Avery is one of the at least four people who face the federal criminal charges of protests in Broadview.
