It was the first time Putin agreed to stop the war with foreign intervention as the invasion effort was thwarted, but Trump rejected Putin’s request for a pause that would have included the exchange of 1,000 prisoners of war on both sides. “This is a sign of his growing weakness and the devastating impact of the recent Ukrainian attacks deep within Russia and the growing hostility of his own people,” a Moscow source said. Putin suddenly became defenseless, even afraid and weak. “The dictator blinked first.”
The Kremlin has acknowledged that Putin’s security was tightened during today’s Victory Day parade.
However, he was forced to deny a Western intelligence report that he feared a coup from within his regime.
It was even claimed that Security Council Secretary and former Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu was behind this conspiracy.
According to Reuters, Russian officials considered the news about the coup plan as nonsense.
